Sean Cronin serves as ProcessUnity’s President and leads the company’s product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Under Sean’s leadership, ProcessUnity has achieved tremendous revenue growth, outstanding customer satisfaction and retention, and broad industry recognition. Prior to joining ProcessUnity, Sean was global vice president of client operations and pre-sales for the Risk Segment at Thomson Reuters Corporation. Previously, he was the Senior Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance within the Application Strategy Group at Oracle. Sean joined Oracle through the acquisition of Stellent, a global provider of content management solutions, where he led sales efforts for the compliance applications. Prior to Stellent, he led pre-sales operations at OpenPages, an early vendor in the GRC space. Sean graduated from the United States Naval Academy, served as an officer in the US Navy for seven years, and earned his MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
Richard Wastcoat joins the ProcessUnity Board with more than 25 years of international business and financial services industry experience. Richard joined Fidelity Investments in Dallas, Texas in 1983 before relocating to London and then Hong Kong with Fidelity International Limited. He helped launch Fidelity`s South East Asia business before returning to London as Chief Executive of Fidelity Investment Services with additional responsibilities for Fidelity in Spain, the Nordic Region, the Middle East and Africa, and India. Since retiring from Fidelity in 2008, Richard continues to serve the business community in a variety of roles and is currently an independent, Non-Executive Director at First State Investments, a board member of Marstone, Inc., and a board member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and resides in London.
