Sweden, Lund, 2017-09-11 18:40 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE/Korea IT Times) -- Magnus Eriksson has chosen to leave his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of group management. Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie, currently Vice President Doro Care, has been promoted to new Chief Financial Officer.

Magnus Eriksson will remain in his position as CFO until the publishing of the interim report for January-September this year, scheduled for October 25, and will thereafter stay with Doro until year’s end to enable a smooth handover to Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie.

”Magnus Eriksson came to Doro two years ago to strengthen the company’s financial position and management, a task that he has accomplished well. Having finished this, Magnus has given notice that he wants to engage in projects outside Doro. I am very grateful for Magnus’ contribution and the substantial improvement of Doro’s financial position and management that he has accomplished. At the same time, I am pleased that we have such a competent replacement as Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie in the company. Carl-Johan has since he came to Doro almost two years ago shown impressive capacity and ability to understand the business. In his initial role in business control he was instrumental in improving our cost control, and in his current role he has materially strengthened the business in Doro Care”, says Robert Puskaric, President and CEO of Doro.

Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie has a MSc in Business Administration and Economics (University of Stockholm) and a MSc in Electrical Engineering (KTH, Royal Institute of Technology). He is presently Vice President Doro Care and member of Doro’s group management. Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie has previously had leading positions within finance as well as business and strategy development at, among others, Lekolar AB, G&L Beijer and Beijer Electronics.

The recruitment of a new Vice President Doro Care has started. Until a replacement has been found, Carl-Johan Zetterberg Boudrie will remain in charge for Doro Care.
