At Arcserve, Erica is responsible for the business strategy and product roadmap spanning seven portfolio offerings, including data protection, disaster recovery, high availability, and archiving, across cloud, virtual and physical environments. Erica has two patents around Systems and Methods – one for predictively preparing restore packages, and another for setting an activation state for a device used in a backup operation. She was also named a 2017 CRN Woman of the Channel.
