No one can deny the growth of Korean businesses through collusive ties between politicians and businessman so far. Also it cannot be denied that such Korean conglomerates have been leading the Korean economy.

Regardless of low capital, Startup, Venture IT, and young entrepreneurs with full of ideas and speed should lead the Korean economy. Simple manufacturing is now at the end of its tether, and the system is the future.

Nowadays in the 4th industrial revolution era, non-possession means possess everything. Everything you can easily see around is what you can do for the business.
It doesn't pay little of costs entering the connected world, and now the world is leading young startups to a fairly equitable arena as can be seen in Airbnb, Uber and Netflix.

Now, what I want to ask young entrepreneurs armed with ideas and speed to enjoy working. It is hoped to create a business environment that can only be done by young businessmen who are different from the existing ones.

What environment allows you to be most effective Why should we do with such conditions as just punch in/out on time from 9:00 to 5:00 for work We also need to change the job titles called an executive manager, director, general manager, staff, etc. with an equal position. The old-fashioned management is not appropriate for creativity.

Now they should be spread their wings with partners who can enjoy their work, create jobs, and fill their gaps. We should acknowledge that we cannot do everything by ourselves. The Korean conglomerates as like an eldest brother, have to cooperate activity with start up and venture IT firms. Meanwhile, they have been leading the Korean economy, and they should find new growth engines in collaboration with young startups in Korea.

Fortunately today's trends, more and more large enterprises are partnering with startups in the 4th Industrial Revolution with digitalization and open innovation era.

The collaboration between the conglomerates with assets and infrastructure, and young startups are the best future for the country economy.
