Stockholm, Sweden - CLX Communications AB (publ) - XSTO: CLX

In accordance with the resolution of the 2017 annual general meeting, a nomination committee shall be appointed comprising representatives of the four largest shareholders in addition to the chairman of the board.

During 2017 Fjärde AP-fonden has become is one of the four largest shareholders in CLX Communications AB (publ) and has thus replaced Kjell Arvidsson AB. In accordance with the instructions for the nomination committee, Kjell Arvidsson AB has offered Fjärde AP-fonden to appoint a representative to replace Anders Ingeström, currently representing Kjell Arvisson AB. Fjärde AP-fonden has appointed Thomas Wuolikainen as their representative on the Nomination Committee.

After these changes, the nomination committee comprises the following members:

  • Jonas Fredriksson, ordförande, representing Neqst
  • Richard Sallanto representing Cantaloupe
  • Joachim Spetz representing Swedbank Robur
  • Thomas Wuolikainen representing Fjärde AP-fonden
  • Erik Fröberg, Chairman of the Board, CLX Communications AB

Shareholders may submit proposals to the nomination committee of CLX by writing to CLX Communications AB (publ), Box 1206, 164 28 Kista, Sweden, or by e-mail to nomination@clxcommunications.com. Proposals for the AGM must be received by the nomination committee by 15 March.
