(the “Company”) (TSXV:PED.H) is pleased to announce that Glenda Kelly has been appointed to the board of directors effective immediately. Ms. Kelly has fifteen years of investor relations and corporate communications experience primarily in the resource sector. She is a communications and investor relations consultant, and has extensive experience in small cap corporate development, investor relations, communications strategy, website design and social media programs.
Ms. Kelly fills the vacancy created by John McCleery, who has resigned as a director of the Company. The board of directors thanks Mr. McCleery for his service to the Company over the years. Following the appointment of Ms. Kelly, the board of directors of the Company now consists of Larry Talbot, Brian Murray, Chris Hopkins and Glenda Kelly.
