TAIPEI, Taiwan, Feb. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/KOREA IT TIMES -- According to FAO, 26% crop losses resulted from the extreme weather such as windstorm, flood and drought that had happened in most of the developing countries. The great losses of crop damage caused by extremely cold weather in 2016 and 2017 brought wide attention in the world. To stabilize farming environment and decrease the impact of severe weather, vendors have been focusing on development of environmental control systems, water-saving irrigation equipment, agricultural monitoring facilities and pest identification tools for greenhouse and plant factory. The greenhouse constructor, Hua Wang Ltd., endeavours to change weather condition in small space, produced an advanced greenhouse with steel structure, equipping with indoor environmental control and automatic irrigation system, recovery system for waste heat, heaters that save 15% energy, automatic shading nets and fans ventilation systems to help farmers increase productivity and achieve steady income.

In addition, the use of agricultural nutrients and organic fertilizers has become one of the strategies to against the impact of extreme weather.
