Lumos Networks Signs Multi-year Enterprise Contract with King William County Public Schools

WAYNESBORO, Va., March 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lumos Networks Corp. (“Lumos Networks” or the “Company”), a leading fiber-based service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region signed a multi-year agreement to provide broadband internet services to the following King William County Schools: King William High, Hamilton-Holmes Middle, Acquinton Middle and Cool Springs Primary Schools. Lumos Networks is pleased to have won the competitive bid to provide highly reliable, high speed and robust internet to meet the ever expanding needs of King William County.

Lumos will construct new fiber routes from Route 360 in Hanover to Central Garage and then south-easterly down Route 30 to Hamilton-Holmes Middle School where it will be distributed to provide greatly enhanced internet capabilities and solutions for our teachers, administration staff, and students.
