The Marina Bay Sands Hotel, where North Korean leader Kim Jong Un enjoyed the night view of Singapore just a day before the North Korean summit on Wednesday, is drawing attention.
Kim Jong Un left his hotel at 9 p.m. and visited the Marina Bay Sands Hotel for about an hour and looked around the Gaddens Bay and Sky Park located on the top floor of the hotel.
The Marina Bay Sands Hotel is famous for its 52-degree slope and Sky Park, which was completed by Ssangyong Engineering & Construction in 2007 and in 2010. The owner is Sheldon Adelson Sands, one of the sponsors of U.S. President Donald Trump.
The Marina Bay Sands Hotel has three buildings with 57 floors and a state-of-the-art construction technology with 2561 rooms.
Sky Park, located on the top floor of the building, has three swimming pools, an observatory, a garden, a walking path, restaurants and a spa. It is 343 meters long, 38 meters wide, and twice the size of a soccer field.
Meanwhile, the largest observatory in the world, which can accommodate 900 people, is a structure that protrudes 200 meters without support.
