I-station S7 Planet

I-Station released its 3D navigation device, 'I-station S7 Planet'. It's a 3D map, which provides a view that is as same as what comes into drivers' sight. The direction and movement of the device are emphasized for clarity, while the path lines are solidified for conveying secure and accurate guidance. Thus, buildings around the current location are automatically changed into semi-transparent images, so that users would not be distracted. Also, with the upgraded version of Eco-Driving is to help fuel efficiency by accumulating the records of driving habits.

Plus, the TPEG operation provides real-time traffic services such as, which gas stations are the cheapest. Another remarkable point of the TPEG operation is updating the camera data without downloading the data from a computer.

Other components:

  • Highly upgraded reception condition with SiRE V6 (Instant Fix II)
  • Various different movie formats, DivX, XviD, WMV, MKV, are offered.
  • Multimedia is available with DMB, MP3, notepad, photo viewer, eBook functions.
  • Micro SD Slot, USB host for enjoying multi contents unlimitedly.

The President of KDC, Park Jeonman stated, "'I-station S7 Planet' is the seventh navigation device that we have released so far and it is aesthetics and conveniences are for drivers."
