The 339m Oxley Tower in Malaysia is a three-way complex that will be built in the KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre), the center of Kuala Lumpur.

The Andaz Hotel in Dubai is Ssangyong`s first project to win orders from other customers than the Dubai Investment Authority (ICD).

Located in Dubai's Jumeirah district 1, the hotel is a five-star luxury boutique hotel with a total of 156 guest rooms, and it boasts of unique design and interior.

The hotel's owner, Wasl LLC, is a public corporation that develops and manages property assets of the Dubai government, currently owns and manages 14 hotels and about 25,000 apartments and commercial properties in Dubai alone.
