NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/KOREA IT TIMES -- Intralinks®, a leading virtual data room (VDR) provider, announced today it has introduced a new user interface (UI) for its Alternative Investments portal that enables General Partners (GPs) to more thoroughly and quickly manage fundraising, reporting and investor communications to their clients.
Alternative Investment GPs must meet ever increasing demands from their clients when raising capital and reporting on the performance of their portfolio. At the same time, their Limited Partner (LP) clients need to be able to easily and quickly access fund information and reports from fund managers to meet their own requirements. The new UI for Alternative Investments provides GPs and LPs with a faster, modern portal to share information securely and efficiently.
Among other things, the new UI:
- Is easier to navigate within an exchange and across funds
- Allows users to drag and drop files
- Makes it simple to add users to an Exchange, view documents from a web browser and download documents in bulk
- Removes the need for plugins, and
- Enables users to access information on mobile devices
