CJ ENM's tvN broadcasting program, which broadcast a scene inducing a female guest to pour alcohol for male guests without filtering out the scene, was severely punished by the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
The show, titled "zzannae tour" which aired on tvN last August, aired unfiltered scenes of a female guest choosing some of the five men and pour alcohol for them.
Seungri of the idol group "Big Bang" told Sejeong of the female group "Gugudan," "Now there are five men. After only looking at his personality and style, choose one man and drink alcohol for him."
"What the hell!" Sejeong said after receiving the beer with a puzzled smile. Eventually, she filled the glasses of men.
"Even though there was criticism in the process of self-screening, the producers aired the scenes without filtering, showing their lack of gender equality sensitivity. It violated the screening regulations related to gender equality," the commission said.
