KT announced on November 22 that it developed "Dr. Lauren", a solution that analyzes communication problems by analyzing them and helps find causes and recover quickly.
The Dr. Lauren is a solution that identifies root cause of failure within one minute by analyzing data based on artificial intelligence after collecting operational big data from network.
The solution was modeled after learning the control skills of KT experts, who operate the nation's largest telecommunications network. Therefore, if unexpected network failure occurs, it can quickly find the root cause and respond quickly.
KT is going to apply it to "All-in Biz' products, integrated network management solutions for enterprise customers and is also planning to expand it to KT's entire network such as 5G network by 2019.
"KT will continue to develop next-generation intelligent management technologies that can lead 5G and 4th industrial revolution," said Lee Sun-woo, head of KT Convergence Technology Research Institute.
