SHANGHAI, Jan. 14, 2019 -- iTutorGroup, a leading global online education group announced that Sung-Min Chung has been appointed as Group CFO of the Company, effective January 7, 2019. Chung will lead the Group's financial operations, regional finance teams, as well as the management of its investor relations, strategic business development and capital markets activities.
Chung is a seasoned expert in the Technology sector with over 15 years of experience working with seasoned entrepreneurs to accelerate the growth arc of disruptive technology companies. Most recently, Chung served as the Global Head of Technology, Media and Telecom in the Private Equity group of ZZ Capital International. Prior to ZZ Capital, Mr. Chung was a senior executive and managed the Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong, where he spent over 10 years across the firm's Hong Kong, New York and Palo Alto offices.

Chung received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Economics from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
