Asiana Airlines said on Feb. 18 that it will start the "business-friendly program" for booking travel flights for small and medium-sized companies.
Asiana Airlines has reorganized its homepage for small and medium-sized companies, which cannot secure exclusive channels, unlike large companies that purchase travel tickets through designated travel agencies.
Like the previous membership, Asiana Airlines plans to provide conveniences such as discounting travel tickets and the use of lounge and exclusive counters at Incheon International Airport by implementing a rating system according to the used records of small and medium companies.
Objects to join are limited to corporations, not to groups and associations. This program is available on the "Business Preference" category of Asiana Airlines' homepage.
Asiana Airlines is planning to actively find new demands for commercial use through its business-friendly program. "The program was designed for companies that had difficulty communicating with airlines when traveling overseas," an Asiana official said. "It will help small and medium-sized Korean companies advance into foreign markets."
