It has been found that Sealy Korea has collected third-fourths of its products where the cancerous substance radon was detected, under the order of the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission.
According to the Sealy Korea, the collection rate for six models, including Violet, Cygnus and Majesty Deluxe, where radon was detected, is 76 percent as of March 11.
According to the furniture industry, the Sealy bed products, which the commission announced the guidelines for imposing fines based on detection of radon last month, were produced from January 2014 to November 2016. Its total number is 357 in six models.
If additional suspicious products are included, 497 products are included. In terms of the ratio, more than 350 products were collected.
