According to a survey among the participating enterprises at "Tianfu Talent Recruitment," the demand for campus recruitment has increased significantly, especially in emerging fields such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual reality and other popular majors of new engineering where full-fledged talents are scarce.
To ensure the supply of qualified talents, "Tianfu Talent Recruitment" has made an innovative adjustment to its "Campus Tour" by recruiting non-graduates of emerging engineering majors for the first time.
