Com2us is planning to expand its portfolio into RPG field by acquiring two of South Korea's leading developers.
Com2us announced on March 19 that it signed a contract with Manacore to acquire Nova Factory and secure managerial control.
Manakore released Easy-to-play RPG "Dragon Sky" in South Korea last year, ranking 15th in Apple's app store sales.
Nova Factory has also developed its development capabilities through Defense 2D RPG "Jombie Girls' High School" with various characters and unique concepts.
The Easy-to-play RPG game genre has recently gained popularity from many mobile game users by minimizing repetitive and cumbersome manipulations and allowing them to focus more on the fun of growth.
Com2us has secured the foundation for creating a variety of new IPs through its story game of Dayseven and this game of Easy-to-Play RPG.
Through cooperation with Hollywood's leading production company Skybound, the company is expanding its business to foster global IPs by operating new businesses such as "Summoner's War" IP-based animation, movies, novels, and Comics.
