LG Electronics launched four models of its 2019 "LG CineBeam" projectors in South Korea on March 27.
The new products are "LG Cinebeam Ultra Short Throw Projector," "LG CineBeam Laser" and "LG CineBeam LED." LG Electronics is going to apply its own platform "webOS", which is applied to LG Smart TVs, to LG CineBeam.
Users can enjoy various contents such as "Youtube," "Watcha Play," "POOQ" and "TVING," as well as Internet browsing when connected to "LG CineBeam." It is convenient because it can be used without having to connect separate devices such as laptops.
The product has excellent color representation. It supports 100% of the standard colors recommended by the International Telecommunications Union Radiocommunications Sector (ITU-R).
Users can see more accurately the color representation intended by the image creator. It even supports full HD (1920x1080) resolution, which can give you a feeling of watching at a movie theater.
"LG Cinbeam Ultra Short Throw Projector" implements a large screen in a narrow space. The product shows a 100-inch screen even if it is only 12 centimeters between the wall and the screen. Because the product is installed directly in front of the wall, screen masking is not caused by obstacles.
"LG CineBeam" projector is a product that can feel the touch of a dialogue anytime, anywhere by making it a theater that customers want," said Son Dae-ki, a marketing consultant at LG Electronics' Korean sales division.
