Mobile game company Com2us unveiled its global RPG "Summoners War: Sky Arena"'s infographic on April 17 that shows the achievements of the past five years that have grown with global users.
Developed by Com2us, "Summoners War" has enjoyed steady popularity around the world since its launch in April 2014. In addition, "Summoners War" has continued to grow with content that has been built with users for five years and the first record set in the global scene.
So far, it has recorded a cumulative TOP10 sales in 133 countries, among which it has ranked first in game sales in 80 countries and No. 1 in RPG sales in 130 countries. In France, in particular, the company has proved its hot popularity in the Western region by reaching the sales TOP10 for 1,602 days, more than 90 percent of the local service period.
With a fast 10 million downloads in just four months since its launch, "Summoners War" was named the best game of the year by Google Play Store and Apple's App Store in the first year. It also surpassed 1 trillion won in cumulative sales and 100 million worldwide downloads for the first time in Korea's single mobile game, and ranked the second-highest in sales in the U.S.
"Summoners War" has generated an average of one user per 1.5 seconds over the past five years, with one in 60 users achieving the highest level, resulting in a total of 1.67 million users who achieved the highest level.
In addition, "Summoners War" has been recalled a total of 35.8 billion monsters, more than 4.5 times the world's population, while World Arena fight, the base of e-sports, has been staged more than 300 million times in total within the game.
"We are planning to continue to develop the global popularity of 'Summer's War' that we have built over the past five years and make it a brand that will be developed and loved for a longer time," a Com2us official said.
