Medical IP signed an agreement with Nanoori Medical Foundation at Gangnam Nanuri hospital on April 23.

Medical IP signed an agreement with Nanoori Medical Foundation, which operates a large network hospital specializing in spine and joints, on the accumulation of clinical 3D data and the joint research and development of deep learning.

Through this business agreement, they will jointly research projects linking diagnosis and treatment of patients abroad and deep learning on muscle and bone systems, as well as jointly develop clinical 3D data accumulation and education training programs.

For the joint research, medical artificial intelligence 3D modeling software MEDIP and 3D printing service ANATDEL will be used.

MEDIP is an AI image analysis system for 3D computed tomography (CT) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and visualizes 2D medical images as 3D models, while ANATDEL can be used for simulation of mock surgery and patient-specific long-term 3D printing.

Through the agreement, they will also participate in building a medical information platform and developing a convergence system by utilizing blockchain technology of 2BKO, a research and development company for medical services.

At the signing ceremony, Park Sang-joon, CEO of Medical IP, introduced clinical applications using MEDIP software at hospitals in Korea and abroad, and introduced 3D printing spinal models printed through the 3D printing ANATDEL service, drawing keen attention from participants.
