Netmarble's "The King of Fighters All-Star" has been listed on the Apple's App Store and Google Play Sales Top 5 just four days after its release.
According to the mobile app market analysis site, the game is ranked No. 1 and No. 4 in sales, respectively, on the morning of May 13 at Apple's App Store and Google Play in South Korea. The popularity rankings of the two app markets are at the top of the list.
Just 24 hours after its official launch on May 9, the game, which ranked first on the popularity list of free app stores and sixth in sales, has seen its sales jump sharply over the weekend in two major app markets, including Google Play.
The King of Fighter All-Star is a mobile action RPG developed using SNK's "The King of Fighters" IP, a global fighting game. The original characters as well as the various attack techniques and combo plays they use are reproduced with top-notch mobile graphics, and the skill button-based manipulation method is adopted, providing an excellent sense of manipulation in mobile devices as well.
