Pearl Abyss said on June 4 that it will hold its own game event, called the "Into the Abyss" on June 11 in Los Angeles, the U.S.
The "Into the Abyss," the second of its kind after last year, will be held at the Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium on the opening day of the E3, the world's largest game show.
"Into the Abyss" is an event that shares information on Pearl Abyss' latest game information and communicates directly with game users in North America. Some 400 local game users, influencers, media and partners will participate in the event.
Last year, Pearl Abyss first released " Black Desert Xbox One," in the "Into the Abyss," and even prepared a trial for an experience. It also unveiled its new film "Project K," which is under development as a next-generation game engine, drawing attention from local game users and media.
This year, Pearl Abyss started providing "Black Desert Mobile" service in Japan and "Black Desert Xbox One" service in North America and Europe.
In April, its accumulated sales of 'Black Desert' IP surpassed $1 billion (about 1.14 trillion won) and it is said to have been on par with global game developers.
