Saarbrücken/Quierschied, Germany - June 08, 2010 - xaitment GmbH / Inc., the leading artificial intelligence (AI) game tool provider for the video games and simulations industries, today announced a new licensing agreement with game developer Alibangbang Digital Games Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the popular Taiwanese game producer Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd., located in Taipei. Alibangbang will use xaitment's AI middleware tools xaitMap, xaitMove² and xaitControl to produce its new upcoming game, an MMOG (massively multiplayer online game) with unannounced title.
The new MMOG will represent the next level of technologically advanced games building on the tradition of well-known titles such as SuperRich Online, Bright Shadow and Xian Mo Dao. xaitment's user interface based AI game tools will provide Alibangbang with the latest in AI game technology, enabling them to develop fast navigation meshes for large map sizes, movement behaviors for a large number of characters walking in a continuously changing world and character behavior modeling in a way unmatched in quality and return on investment. In addition, the company will benefit from the tools' easy and fast integration into existing platforms and comprehensive technical support from highly knowledgeable specialists.
