“If a patient suffers from multiple chronic diseases at the same time, there are many medicines to take.. If you take multiple drugs, you can have side effects between the ingredients. "With a cloud platform from pharmacies such as HAHAHA Alliance, we can prescribe the best medication for our patients."

Seol Myoung-hwan(설명환), head of BARUNGroup communications team, made the remarks in a keynote speech at 'Smart Healthcare and Digital Transformation' at AAPC 2019.

He introduced a variety of domestic and foreign examples such as HAHA Alliance (하하하얼라이언스), Goodoc (굿닥), and PillPack (필팩) that utilize Cloud.

In order to develop into a data power in the fourth industrial revolution era, digital transformation is essential and the electronicization of healthcare will accelerate over time, he added. "In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the cloud-based healthcare platform is an irresistible trend," he said, announcing about data-driven change, opportunities and digital transport of the healthcare industry viewed by ICT companies based on cutting-edge technologies such as cloud and artificial intelligence.

Seol says that if the healthcare cloud platform is applied to the defense medical system, the prescription and management of drugs prescribed to the 600,000 soldiers will also be safer.

In fact, the Ministry of National Defense announced the "Reorganization of the Defense Reform 2.0 Military Medical System" in June and has been carrying out the pilot project since January this year, and will check the satisfaction and effectiveness of soldiers before implementing it altogether as early as next year.

To provide high-quality medical services, the company plans to hire 886 military personnel, including pharmacists, nurses, radiologists and clinical pathologists, by the end of this year to deploy them to military hospitals and division stages to open an era of digital healthcare. The Ministry of National Defense also plans to root out medical assistance by unqualified medical personnel.

In addition, Seol described ongoing corporate efforts to build a cloud-based platform ecosystem, referring to comprehensive cooperation with the government, healthcare industry and related consultative bodies beyond technology as an ICT company.

Meanwhile, AAPC 2019, hosted by NEWSRO and co-sponsored by KOREPA of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Seoul Mokdong Youth Center, was attended by representatives from domestic and foreign cloud platform companies and ministries, academic experts and officials from all current and current schools.
