IVS, led by CEO Bae Young-hoon, announced on Sept. 18 that it has joined the CTCN ( Climate Technology Centre and Network ) specialized institution under the  United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) on Sept. 6 to develop technology and support technology transfer in developing countries.

CTCN, which was established in 2013 according to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, is an international organization that conducts technical assistance projects based on demand for climate technology in developing countries and in particular supports necessary funds for the development of smart city-related businesses.

Meanwhile, there is the Green Climate Fund (GCF), a coopertive organization of CTCN, and the GCF will review and decide support for various climate agreement-related projects and smart city development projects in developing countries through bidding.

IVS developed video analysis technology using artificial intelligence, while commercializing intelligent CCTVs to protect the safety of people that "see, listen and talk" by detecting abnormal sound sources such as screams, explosions, etc. and broadcast them for the first time in the world.
