SK Hynix is going to open “Global News Room” and strengthen communication with stakeholders from around the world. SK Hynix said it will operate a global news room from Oct. 10 that will provide "technology" and "happiness"-oriented content in three languages -- Korean, English and Chinese.
It is planning to deliver trend of semiconductor markets to shareholders, media and others as well as American and Chinese customers. It is also expected to serve as a happy communication channel by discovering and sharing happy stories within the company.
In the newsroom, users can download company-related photo and video materials, as well as press releases, interviews with executives and job openings. An interview by CEO Lee Seok-hee was carried to mark the newsroom's opening.
The English- and Chinese-language newsrooms provide differentiated contents with the aim of enhancing global recognition. The English newsroom introduces technology-oriented contents and conveys SK Hynix Memory Solutions' culture in San Jose, the U.S. and trends in the development of the latest technology.
The Chinese-language newsroom plans to make it a channel that communicates with the community based on production corporations in Wuxi and Chongqing, China.
"The global news room will be a space where SK Hynix can be informed and communicated," an SK Hynix official said. "We will make efforts to grow into a venue for communication towards high-tech technologies and happiness."
