Samsung Electronics will release LTE models of the "Galaxy Watch Active 2" with upgraded design and performance and Under Armour editions for running enthusiasts in Korea on Oct. 23 and Oct. 25.
Galaxy Watch Active 2 LTE model allows users to call and text even without a smartphone. It also provides functions such as health management through exercise, stress, and sleep tracking, and Bixby and camera controller and translation, just like the "Galaxy Watch Active 2 Bluetooth" model.
Galaxy Watch Active 2 LTE model is a stainless steel material that will be released in a total of six colors of 44mm and 40mm in two sizes and three colors of silver, gold and black.
"Galaxy Watch Active2 Under Armour Edition" is a product introduced through collaboration with global sportswear brand Under Armour. It is equipped with differentiated straps and specialized functions for users who enjoy running.
The product is made of light aluminum material, straps for underarm edition, and Watch Face for underarmers, which are optimized for running.
"Galaxy Watch Active2 Under Armour Edition" will only be released in Bluetooth model and aluminium-based aqua black color. It can be purchased on Samsung Electronics' website and at the Gangnam branch of Underarm Brand Store.
