Google is super ambitious. They seem to have everything already such as search, email, maps, images and videos but these might not be enough for them. Now Google's new goal is mobile and calling. Google Voice is now officially out of beta and available for a regular computer and Smartphone. It has been used for the past years experimentally and it was an 'invite only' service.
The Google Voice Service is a free-of-charge phone call through the website. People can call anywhere in the world with their single Google number, given by Google. The service converts the voicemails to text and emails and also lets you screen calls. It means you can receive calls on your mobile phone and landline at the same time.
Sounds noisy But it sure is the future of phone calls and surprisingly useful. Unfortunately, Google Voice is not available in Korea at the moment, only for those who live in the US and Canada, but they are planning to expand their service to other regions sooner or later.저작권자 © Korea IT Times 무단전재 및 재배포 금지
