Hana Financial Investment announced on Jan. 17 that it signed a partnership agreement with Access Capital Partners, a European-based global asset management company, at its
headquarters in Yeouido on Jan. 14.
Major executives and employees of both companies, including Hana Financial Investment President Lee Jin-kook and Access Capital Partners CEO Agnes Nahum, attended the signing ceremony.
Access Capital Partners is a private asset operator established in 1998 and currently operates 13 trillion won in operating assets, with about 80 workers at six European city offices, including Paris and Brussels, Helsinki, London, Munich and Luxembourg.
Access Capital Partners operates the fund in three categories: buyout, private equity loans and infrastructure investment. In particular, in the infrastructure investment sector where synergy effects are expected with Hana Financial Investment, it has carried out 17 direct investments since 2008, and it now operates for more than 2 trillion won in the sector alone.
Hana Financial Investment will use the professional network of Access Capital Partners to select various infrastructure assets in Europe and quickly introduce them to local investors.
