SK Telecom announced on March 30 that it would hire a Junior Talent in 2021. The company has decided to introduce an "Untact Hiring" method amid the delayed recruitment schedule due to COVID-19.
SK Telecom will recruit talent for marketing, 5G telecommunication infrastructure tasks through regular recruitment organized by SK Group, while it will also conduct recruitment of new ICT jobs such as AI, data and cloud in its own recruitment.
The company will actively utilize online channels to secure the safety of applicants from COVID-19 and minimize various inconveniences. It will replace existing offline recruitment briefing sessions to online and strengthen video call interviews.
The online recruitment briefing "T-Careers Cast" will be aired on SK Group's YouTube channel on April 4. SK Group will introduce recruitment procedures and duties and conduct questions and answers through real-time chatting with applicants. 'T Career Cast' is available through the URL.
SK Telecom has also refurbished its recruitment website.
Applicants can obtain vivid information about related tasks through interview videos of members in charge of actual work on the recruitment website. In addition, applicants can check the optional work system and various welfare benefits, including telework in response to the recent COVID-19.
"In response to COVID-19, we decided to carry out the recruitment process online, including promotion and interviews, to put the safety of applicants first," said Hur Joon, head of HR2 Group. "We hope that applicants will experience SK Telecom's unique process of recruiting people who lead digital innovation."
"T-Career Cast" is scheduled to air on SK Group's YouTube channel on April 4.
