Yang Seung Taik, invited Researcher at ETRI, published a memoir, ‘Endless Betterment- rewarding shelters regret' and threw a book launch party on July 7 at the Textile Center in Seoul. The party proved how much Yang has had a great influence on the IT industry. About 250 IT people including Lee Kark-Bum, Chairman of the Presidential Council on the Information Society, Lee Suk-Chae, CEO of KT, were present and celebrated it.
The book is described in chronicle and deals with his personal ties, work careers, starting from early childhood, academic courses to the times when he consecutively filled various positions such as ETRI Director, ICU President and Minister of the Ministry of Information and Communication.
Also, the memoir puts into the quickening period of IT industry in Korea, the efforts of government and business companies to export Korea IT.
