IT service company ISU System has signed a strategic business agreement with Crucial Trak, a leading non-contact bio-certification company based in the U.S.
The two companies have recently decided to develop a business model to prevent social and economic crises caused by the COVID-19 and target the global untact market, an ISU System official said on April 21.
ISU System is planning to introduce a duty management solution that combines a human resource (HR) management solution that is currently being serviced to more than 300 customers and Crucial Trak's contactless bio-certification technology.
Both companies also plan to create synergy in their sales sectors. In addition to implementing marketing policies that fully utilize each company's sales networks with its partners, they will also help each other advance into overseas markets.
“Through the MOU, we will expand our customer base and explore overseas business opportunities to strengthen corporate competitiveness,” said Sohn Won-dong, head of the ISU System's headquarters, adding, “We agreed to provide support to strengthen the customer service with Crucial Trak and expand customer convenience.”
"The combined model between the stable IT of the ISU System and the non-contact bio-certification technology of the Crucial Trak can be applied to numerous corporate environments," said Kim Myung-jin, head of Crucial Trak headquarters.
"Synergy is expected in terms of marketing capabilities that Crucial Trak has built up in the North American and European markets and technology capabilities in the recently popular untact field," he added.
