JB Financial Group said on May 18 that it will launch a "Digital Community" consisting of under-chief-level employees to spread digital culture and strengthen its capabilities.
JB Financial Group will hold a public offering until May 26 to form a small community of less than five and a total of around 15 members for each affiliate. The participating employees will increase their digital capabilities through self-learning and create a digital culture for the community and the group.
Digital communities plan to work on digital culture, digital products and services, and TECH (Big Data, AI and Blockchain).
Digital information collection and offline meetings will be held on the autonomy of individuals, and participation in competitions and planning digital events will be carried out.
Employees selected for the digital community will be given opportunities to support outside professional education and participate in various contests. In addition, the idea system will be operated and shared to all executives and employees when proposing excellent contents, and outstanding employees of each affiliate will be allowed to receive CEO rewards.
"Through the launch of the JB Financial Group's digital community, we plan to catch two rabbits: spreading digital culture across the company and fostering internal digital manpower," said Park Jong-chun, executive director of JB Financial Group's DT headquarters.
