The 3D exhibition was one of the highlights of Korea Electronics Grand Fair 2010. With the 18 attending companies showing off their 3D related products, the exhibition was one of the most colorful and engaging. Exhibitions included a plethora of 3D technology, such as 3D projection hardware, ultra-high resolution 3D projection screens and non-glass 3D displays.
Redrover showcased a variety of 3D technology, with lots of interesting applications, not to mention a range of 3D displays. The 3D stereoscopic monitor allows a 3D representation of the view under a microscope, allowing medical application of 3D technology. Redrover also boasts the first 3D PT software to be developed, which allows users to create and show presentations in full 3D. Their 3D content, such as a 3D online game and 3D animation 'Bolts & Blip' was also being shown.
VRX+Byclick is another company that is offering 3D solutions. Their public relations solutions are offered both in 3D and 4D, which was demonstrated on a giant 3D screen showing full 3D movies about Dokdo and a 4D PR module was also a part of the presentation. The VR exhibit hall and the virtual model house is a versatile tool, which allows for a multitude of uses. The Dreamhans exhibit showcased the 3D 'Amazon Ride', where the users were sent on a twisting ride through the Amazon. The company which specializes in digital 3D content displayed their full 3D animation 'Speedlight', as well.
There were other numerous smaller exhibitions on display as well. Mocomtech demonstrated their 'Super Power Screen', a 3D projection screen. By using special aluminum alloys and innovative design, the Super Power Screen features one of the largest and brightest 3D projection screens on the market. Silicon Studios showcased their non-glass 3D imaging tools, with small and large screen applications, as well as showing their layered 3D-2D technology which allows both 3D and 2D display in layers.
