This is the system that allows you to control everything regarding resident activities via Smart phone

GS E&C's 'Xi Ilsan Xi We City' unveiled their high-tech ubiquitous city system. The revolutionary technology has changed what we think of in the areas of the network, safety and security systems. What's different is that users with a Smart phone are able to manage a hybrid ventilation system and climate control. This is just one example of the technology that is integrated into the ubiquitous building in 2010.

Here are the examples of what visitors will enjoy in the Xi Ilsan Xi We City. Taking kitchen compost out to the bin on the curb is a think of the past. On every floor the Auto Solid Waste Collection system is available for the elimination of food waste. The Hybrid ventilation system, which is the marriage of natural ventilation and forced air ventilation, brings in fresh air without opening the windows. The electronic heat exchange system saves energy with less consumption for ventilation. It will also provide disinfected water, which contains plenty of minerals and DO(Dissolved Oxygen) via the Central Water Purifying System to households that are connected to the infrastructure. The state-of-the-art air conditioning system in bed rooms and ventilation system in kitchens foretell the greatness of ubiquitous city system.

The Smart phone is an integral part of the system. Leveraging the power of a device the resident already has was an easy design decision. With it they can control the lights, temperature, and air. The system also allows the resident to get information about traffic, shopping and local area using their smart phone as well. 'Emote metering' and 'automated delivery service' are just another things residents will enjoy.
