The 8th Asia Electronics Exhibition in Shanghai (AEES) 2011 is being held from Nov. 9, 2011 to Nov. 11, 2011. Five major organizations from Asia including, the China Electronic Appliance Corporation (CEAC), the organizer of the China Electronics Fair (CEF), the Korea Electronics Association (KEA), the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the organizers of the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (HKEF), the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA), the organizers of the Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies (CEATEC Japan), the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (TEEMA), and the organizers of the Taipei International Electronics Show Components & Equipment (Taitronics) have jointly organized AEES 2011 to meet people from all over the world who come to AEES in search of cutting edge electronics related opportunities.

The lifeblood of any electronics show is its innovative products. This year’s Asia Electronics Exhibition in Shanghai is no different. It is no secret that South Korea is a powerhouse in the field of technology solutions and products. This year there will be 45 Korean companies at the Korean Pavilion, being held in Hall 1, showcasing their state-of-the-art products in 77 booths. There you will find several products which warrant particular mention, and are worth keeping an eye out for while checking out all of the many other exciting exhibits.

These devices all bring new technologies to old products. They take old ideas and reinvent them for our modern lifestyle. And they refine function and convenience while making the user themselves more effective and efficient. These are traits that embody what it means to be an attention grabbing technologic device.

The blend of ancient techniques and modern technology is a trend that will continue to spread. MC Square is a hi-tech wellness device that helps to boost concentration levels as well as sets the mind at rest, which is the key to our continued evolution and metal growth. The product is a portable device consisting of eyewear that transmits pulsating lights and a device that plays suitable sounds designed to provide stress relief, and improve mind-power. Hyundai IT Corporation LTD. is displaying an intelligent LCD monitor which uses Infrared and Optical Sensor Technologies, making control as easy as waving a hand or moving an eye. Green Power Electronics Co., Ltd. will be presenting its solar- powered case for the iPhone 4. This is such a commonsense and sustainable solution to the phones notoriously, short battery life. The future looks bright if more companies will follow the example from Green Power. If manufacturing equipment suppliers at Korean Pavilion last year showcased digital cameras, TVs, DVDs, and CD players, this year you can expect exhibits of high-tech products such as 3D printers, film speakers, tablet PCs, and body-sonic vibration earphones. Many cutting-edge components and materials will be exhibited at the Korean Pavilion as well, including protective adhesive tape, EMI/RFI shielding components, RFID Readers, and inductors. Electro-acoustic devices, electronic materials, consumer electronics, communications products and components, security equipment, automotive electronics all will be at the Korean Pavilion.

All of the cutting-edge technologies spotted at the Korean pavilion will be aired through Korea’s major broadcasting networks such as KBS, the Electronics Newspaper, the Digital Times, and the Korea IT Times, as well as the Chinese broadcasting networks including CCTV, Shanghai Oriental TV, and the Shanghai News. On top of all the innovative technology, special events, and the Korea-China Sales Fair being laid out at AEES this year, Brave Girls, a rising idol group, will perform on stage. They will showcase releases from their newest album and hot new dance moves. Also, Yong-in University has prepared a special Taekwondo performance for AEES 2011. These cultural and popular performances will certainly make the show remarkable.

AEES 2011 aims to strengthen the exhibitors’ images so that they can maximize their effectiveness at the business meetings, and exports. As AEES is Asia’s biggest digital information exchange, a variety of business programs, seminars, conferences, sales fairs, and export consultations are being prepared for potential buyers from all over the world. Dozens of universities, local communities, and social organizations in Shanghai are cooperating with the show to make it the most valuable event of the year.
