INCHEON, KOREA --- Incheon IT Promotion Agency or IITPA (president, Dr. Cho Sung-kap) and Microsoft Korea (CEO, James Kim) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the vitalization of the entrepreneurship for young people and the cooperation of the promotion of Incheon’s IT industry at JEI College in Incheon on Nov. 16th. This MOU is based on the Jemulpo Smart Town development project led by Incheon city and IITPA. Its purpose is for creating employment for Incheon’s young people and the promotion of global IT companies from the cooperation between IITPA and MS Korea.
