SEOUL,KOREA—On August 20, Samsung Electronics Korea’s no. 1 electronic giant announces its public release of a photo essay “20 Year Old IU’s Sentimental Photo Play”. Korea’s latest K Pop sensation IU herself took photos with Galaxy SIII’s Intelligent Camera with famous photographer Han-jun Kim.
Popular K-Pop star IU’s photo essay features her daily life and the professional photographer’s useful tips for anyone who wants to use Galaxy S III Camera to its fullest like a pro.
On 23, “20 Year Old IU’s Sentimental Photo Play” is scheduled to be circulated nationwide for free at Samsung Electronics Stores. Starting August 22, 500 people will be able to take it home on a first-come first-serve basis.
Also, IU’s daily images will be available as a mobile app via Samsung App and Google Play Store; it includes such various contents as IU’s photo essay, downloadable background images, couples’ photo-taking with IU, etc.
Samsung Official says,” As part of ‘How To Live Smart’ campaign, we have prepared this photo essay event to help customers get involved actively in feeling and understanding what Galaxy S III’s camera can do."
Galaxy S III’s embedded Intelligent Camera with 8 megapixels has additional functions like Zero Shutter Lag which allows users to take pictures without a pause, and Burst Shot enabling taking 20 consecutive shots, while Best Photo can select the best looking images. Also Galaxy’s much-praised 1.9 megapixel front camera can record HD video streams.
