SEOUL, KOREA - Korean Airlines said on June 5 that it would expand the flight schedule between Incheon and Jinan (China) to seven times a week from current four times a week (Tue., Wed., Fri., and Sat.) for the summer season of July and August. The Incheon-Jinan flight will depart Incheon at 1:15 pm and arrive at Jinan at 2:05 pm (flight time 1 hour and 50 minutes). The return flight will leave Jinan at 3:05 pm and arrive Incheon at 5:45 pm (1 hour 40 minutes).
For the flight route, Korean Air will deploy the Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft with the audio-video on demand system on all seats. Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, is close to many points of interest in surrounding areas, including Qian Fo Shan (the Thousand Buddha Mountain), the Baotu Spring (the Spurting Spring), and Daming Lake, as well as the world-famous Tai Shan, or Tai Mountain, in the southeast of the city.
A Korean Air official said, "The latest flight schedule expansion will make travel, business or pleasure, more convenient. We will work hard to make sure our passengers' convenience and comfort everywhere they go."
