Through improvement in productivity and reduction of cost, Dongbu Daewoo reduced the price of the new models by 10 percent, thereby lowering the burden on consumers. The Mini was originally released last year, targeting the households with babies and double-income households who need to wash laundry frequently.
Since it was released in late April 2012, the Mini has been sold 30,300 units in just one year. The new model has three different colors—mint blue, vintage brown and rose pink—with prices ranging between 449,000 won and 479,000 won.
