SEOUL, KOREA- Mgame posted sales of 7.7 billion won for the second quarter of this year, while suffering an operating loss of 2.1 billion won and a net loss of 2.9 billion won. Year on year, the company saw sales fall by 26.2 percent, while continuously remaining in the red.

The company blamed the disappointing results on seasonal factor plus a gradual decline in sales of its existing online games. The second quarter, in general, is regarded as a low demand season for the domestic online game market.
