SEOUL, KOREA - Seasons, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s acclaimed French restaurant, is pleased to offer a special promotion featuring seasonal Korean caviar.  For the month of April, Seasons will introduce a very special culinary tasting menu showcasing locally harvested caviar.

Seasonal Korean Caviar at Seasons

Caviar is the salted roe of sturgeon or other varieties of fish usually found in the cold waters of the Caspian and Black Seas.  However, few know that Korea is one of the world’s top producers of Korea, commanding approximately 10% of the market.  Using sturgeon imported from Russia, the caviar produced in Korea is of very good quality. Executive Chef Hyo Nam Park will highlight the extraordinary quality, flavour and indulgence of this celebrated decadence in a special menu. Diners will be amazed by the sublime taste of Korean caviar as well as the level of creativity used to incorporate caviar into a multi-course dinner.

The caviar tasting menu is priced at KW150,000 per person.  Don’t miss this opportunity to dine at one of Seoul’s finest restaurants and experience the culinary splendors of Korean caviar.

Marked by sophistication and beautifully-decorated surroundings, Seasons offers contemporary French gourmet cuisine accented by traditional flavors.

For reservations or enquiries, please call Seasons at (02) 317-3060.  Tax and service charge is already included in the quoted price.
