All of the 2.7 million residents in Incheon Metropolitan City and I would like to congratulate the Korea IT Times on its fifth anniversary with all our hearts.

The Korea IT Times has been on the path to growth as Korea’s first and only global IT-based English-language magazine by providing a lot of IT information to its readers worldwide, just as the City of Incheon has been on the right path to emerging as a global city.

I hope the Korea IT Times plays an important role in helping Incheon emerge as a first-class global city, and to continuously win more prominence as a world-class IT magazine, just as the City of Incheon aspires to win recognition as an IT-oriented global city.
