The 92nd story of a full-length business novel.

Then the commander abruptly began to turn the handle of the topic towards his focus as if he had been a skilled driver. Then he said that:

“This time, we’ll not have it too. In order not to make the same mistake we have made a deep study very hard for many years. You know it very well. And we have practiced and pre-tested several sham battles, dummy runs and a full-dress rehearsal as you have them all already. For the reason, G4 (logistics) and G5 (fires) officer gave you the concise briefings a few minutes ago.”

In this way, his talks flowed on in an exalted tone from the moment on. Those were intended to vindicate his iron will. Right here, those were a rotational force to tighten the nut or bolt. Indeed he said forcefully that:

“In particular, we have got well-organized, highly-skilled troops this time. They are now equipped with high-performance firearms, speedier and upgraded chariots and so on. Thus, there is no problem to worry about this campaign. Surely, it is not a wrong war at all. But it is a good war, I am confident. If I have to say this aloud, I shall.”

In this way, his flowing speech suddenly flew. At this moment, his speech was not a soft talk any more. It was a Moment (M in physical terms). And it was a torque (τin physical terms) itself as a rotational force (F). (Below is the relationship between Force (F), Torque (τ) and linear momentum power (M). Source: en.wikipedia.org)

Frankly, all the speech was intended to tighten their fighting spirit. Right it was intended not to loose it. Further, he was to create the formidable Moment. The Moment was no other than a ‘fighting force’. And it was the main topic he was to deliver to his officers. Of course, it has been already settled down, fixed. Nobody except him himself could handle it to other direction.

After finishing the speech, the commander swung his gaze over the amphitheater. Of course, it was another window effect. However, such a histrionic attitude seemed to be another good acting for the experienced skillful playactor to turn it to his right direction. The direction was over there. That was that ‘you must do it at all costs.’

Then, he, as an elated highflying commander, delivered some significant words. To be sure, the words were intended to satisfy his opposition. He said that:

“I’m telling you that. Nowadays, the ongoing situation has shifted quite differently from the situation of the last Korean War in 1950s. This time, let me pinpoint other interesting points to you. Recently, China has lifted up the bamboo curtain. Also Russia is already open by removing the iron curtain. Besides, a few days ago I read a newspaper about the official statements by the Russian Government. According to the newspaper Russia said jovially that:

‘We’ve discovered a huge diamond mine in the Popigai crater in Siberia. Its reserve amounts to hundreds of thousands of diamond nuggets. From now on we will dig them out. Then we will use them for our people’s welfare and national security.’”

He added that:

“Further, I have got the secret information from a G2 officer. He said to me that ‘NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration of the United States) has already taken a hi-fi picture on the crater and its diamond deposit by its artificial satellite.’”

In this way he said. Then he continued that:

“If so, such information is amazing and exciting one for us to make a future campaign. Here, Korea is located on their very doorsteps. That is the Korean peninsula. It is a good fortune to us. Presumably Korea must have been waiting for our visit for a long time, I surmise. Considering all the perspectives, the present situation has radically changed. Yes, it’s quite different from the past Korean War situation. Thereby, the Korean campaign will be a ‘good war’for us, I’ll warrant you. Don’t worry about it.”

Continuously he spoke on that:

“One more thing, currently this modern war is a White War. A few minutes ago, G6 (command & communications officer) presented you the surfacing conditions of the war. Like the briefing, it is bodiless. So, it is a White War. Literally it is not visible to physical eyes. And it is not audible to ears. Moreover, it is not scentless to noses. The very thing is the reality of the currently on-going modernized War. Now it is coming upon us. Thus, it is quite different from the conventional war in the past. As you know well, the last Korean War was a Red War. Yes, it was visible, substantial, and physical war. But this one is different in color. Yes, this time, the type of the coming war is not a Red War but a White War in color.”

Right here, all the officers heard the word of the ‘White War’ from his mouth. Then, they felt dizzy at his deep knowledge. They thought inside that:

“Good heavens! The old man is using artistic words; either a red or white war. How did he learn such scholarly pedantic words Anyway, it’s amazing.”

Then they noticed his hidden mind. At the start of the conference, they had deeply doubted. Then they had complained about the meeting by thinking inside that:

“Why did the old man open the meeting all of a sudden Why does he push the project at this very time Is there any hurry I guess there is no hurry. We need more time to review it with more computer simulations and practice it with more sham battles. Nonetheless, why is he dancing in a ring like a dancing queen What is he getting at this time”

Now they could catch up with him. They, as captive audience, have realized that:

“Aha, ah ha, he is telling me. I got it. The old man is still high-energy, hale and hearty. He is, as a warmonger as before, greedy to push us to do the campaign right now. For such a reason, through the meeting he is acting ‘one man show’ with high-flown words and secret information on the Russian diamond crater named what Hum, he said, Popigai. If so, he must have studied a lot to teach us. Now we are simply his students before the teacher like him. Also we are now the gallery before the showman.”

In this way, they thought inside.
