SEOUL KOREA - Kolmar Korea and Kolmar Korea Holdings both saw their sales and profit remain strong in the third quarter of this year following the robust growth in the first and second quarters.In particular, Kolmar Beijing, a subsidiary of Kolmar Korea, achieved remarkable growth, with its January-September cumulative sales being similar to last year’s full-year figure.
Kolmar Korea posted sales of 112.1 billion won and operating profit of 10.5 billion won in the third quarter of this year, up 31 percent and 70 percent, respectively, from a year ago.For the January-September period, its sales and operating profit amounted to 341.4 billion won and 33 billion won, respectively, up 23 percent and 71 percent year on year.
Kolmar Korea Holdings also enjoyed a 30-percent growth in sales (52.9 billion won) and a 98-percent growth in operating profit (12.3 billion won) in the third quarter.
