Merck Korea (Managing Director: Dr. Michael Grund) introduces high quality, high-purity specialty chemical materials for electronics market at SEMICON KOREA 2015. It will be held by Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International(SEMI) on February 4-6 at COEX in Seoul.
Dr. Michael Grund, Managing Director of Merck Korea, visited Merck booth with Rico Wiedenbruch, Head of Integrated Circuits of Performance Materials division, and see state-of-the-art technology trend of global semiconductor equipment materials industry. “After integration of AZ Electronic Materials, it is expected to stimulate further growth for AZ businesses by leveraging the current Performance Material division’s footprint in the Korean electronic industry.” Dr. Grund said.

Dammel, the Former CTO(Chief Technology Officer) of AZ, from Performance Materials division of Merck, had a speech about ‘Directed Self Assembly: Pathways to Production Implementation of First Generation and Development of Second Generation Materials’ at SEMI Technology Symposium held on February 4 at COEX Conference Room #307 under the topic of ‘Advanced Lithography’.
