DongbuDaewoo Electronics announced on Dec. 29 that it became an official sponsor of ‘2015 Hand Star Game,’ a handball game which is the national sport of France.
‘2015 Hand Star Game’ was held at Bercy Omnisports in mid-December, drawing about 20 thousand spectators.
As an official sponsor of the game, DongbuDaewoo posted a signboard ad inside the stadium. With a multitude of sports channels, including BeIn Sports, broadcasting the matches live, DongbuDaewoo’s brand logo was exposed more than expected, the company said.
The 2015 Dealer Show was attended by France’s major buyers, such as Electro Depot and Leclerc. DongbuDaewoo is doing well in France with its economical products, taking up the third biggest market share in microwave ovens and fourth in double-door refrigerators.
