AEES 2009 in Shanghai - The Asia Electronics Exhibition (AEES 2009) has opened at the New Internation Expo Center in Shanghai, China with the catch phrase "Asia Leads the Digital Future!" The opening ceremony was held at the entrance of Venue with a lot of crowds.
The opening ceremony started out with an opening speech by Kang hong-sik, director of the Market and Exhibition Center for the Korea Electronics Association (KEA). "First of all, I would like to deliver a welcoming message to all of you that are participating in AEES 2009. I hope the show will make great and flourishing results and once again, I would like to thank all of you who have been supporting us a lot. Many people from all over the world come to Asia to have opportunities because as an nexus of electronics industries in the world, the Asian electronics market keeps expanding its territories to overseas markets. In fact, Korea, China including Japan are making a lot of flourishing results after holding larger annual electronics show in Asia. AEES in this year, there is no doubt that all participants will be achieving even greater results than previous years", Kang said in his opening speech.
Many scheduled performances started on entering Hall W1 during the exhibition. On the stage, traditional Janggo dance by the Yongin University Janggo team started out to attract people's attention. Net was one of the most exciting and popular performances of Korean pop dances by the Step Girls in their signature style. The whole crowd of onlookers was having a lot of enjoyable moments that continued with the taekwondo performance.
Taekwondo professionals leapt around the stage, kicking boards and breaking them so hard that pieces flew into the surprised audience. A lot of audience members were exited about the female taekwondo performer who joined the men.
By the time the whole spectacle finished, there was a huge crowd near the Korean pavilion, which looked around at the Korean booths. All of the aisles between the Korean booths were crowded by interested wanderers. Some of the booths showed product demonstrations that gathered crowds of their own.
